Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee

Hosting plans (Basic, Business and Ultimate) are refundable in full for 30 days from the date of purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

The 30 days run from the date the payment was taken, which is the date shown on your invoice in your account.

How to request a refund

Two ways, both of which reach the same people:

• Open a ticket from the support page, or
• Email support@ultimatenichemedia.com from the address on your account.

Include your invoice number. Refunds are returned to the payment method that was charged; PayPal and card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days once issued, depending on your bank.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Domain name registrations. A domain is bought from the registry in your name the moment it is registered and cannot be returned. If your order included a domain, the domain fee is deducted from the refund and the domain stays yours.
• Work already delivered. Service work (web design, SEO articles, ad campaign setup, Google Business Profile setup) is refundable up to the point work begins. Once a deliverable has been produced it is not covered by the 30-day guarantee. If you are unhappy with delivered work, contact us: we would rather fix it.
• Renewals. The guarantee applies to your first term. Renewal invoices are not covered, but you can cancel a plan at any time before it renews and nothing further is charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time, inside or outside the 30 days. Cancelling outside the 30-day window stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current term, and your service runs to the end of the term you have already paid for.

Your rate does not change when you renew. That is the locked-in pricing promise, and it holds for as long as the plan stays active.
